Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for choosing Altivision IT Solutions for your product needs. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a positive experience with our products. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.

Refund Policy:
Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and product is sent. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.

Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:-
- The product is defective or not functioning as described.
- You are unable to access the product despite following the provided instructions.
- The product is not as described or does not meet your expectations.

Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at connect@altivision.co.in. Provide your order details, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. We will review your request and process the refund, typically within 7 days from the date of approval.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Cancellation Policy:
Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue cancellation for few digital products once the order is confirmed and product is sent. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase. If the product has not been accessed or downloaded, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation Process:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at connect@altivision.co.in. Provide your order details and request cancellation. If eligible, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed as described in our Refund Policy.

Online courses Access:
Upon cancellation, you may lose access to the online course immediately. It is your responsibility to back up any data or content associated with the products.

Subscription Services:
If your purchase includes a subscription service, you may cancel recurring billing at any time.

Cancellation of a subscription will stop future billing, and you will have access to the subscribed content until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the subscription.
